  • Prioritize client requests and manage expectations with clarity

  • Actively participate in client meetings (virtual or in person)

🧠 Your Profile

  • Comfortable with marketing tools (email campaigns, customer retention, etc.)

  • Organized, proactive, and always in solution mode

  • Able to juggle multiple projects with confidence

  • Bilingual (French & English), written and spoken
